Well, I’ll try to make this brief. We moved into a subdivision and needed a septic system to be installed on our property. We went through at least four different septic companies and no one could get the job done, there was always excuses. We found Coastal Aerobics and not only did they get the job done, but they were extremely professional, very patient, and their prices was comparable. It started with Austen who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. In addition, the young lady Jennifer in the office was also extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the septic system worked along with all the necessary documents that needed to be signed. At the time of the installation I had an opportunity to meet Jerry, the owner of the company and was truly impressed by his professionalism as well. He treated my wife and I as if we had known each other for years. Excellent customer service starts from the top down and it showed with the technicians. Alex and Josue were also professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain to me how the system worked. If you’re in need of a septic system installation or any type of service, please consider Coastal Aerobics, they’re my company of choice!

We had service with Coastal Aerobics for 2 1/2 years during that time they showed up took care of everything that needed to be done and made us aware of anything that we needed to do. Their employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. They never left us needing anything. When the time comes if we should ever need an aerobic system maintenance company we would surely go back to Coastal Aerobics

We called for service on our septic system at 8:30 by 10: 30 system was up an running again. Technician Dean was very knowledgeable provided excellent explanation on system issues and repair options. Great all around professionsl treatment. We've been very happy with Coastal aerobics since they installed our system. Highly recommended.

The way a job should go from the initial call until the final job was completed!! Excellent, clear and timely communication. Our over 30 year old gravity septic started to fail. Coastal Aerobic Systems said what they would do, when they could schedule it, get it inspected and leave the area finished. The employees were skilled and knowledgeable. Job well done!!

Coastal Aerobics Systems has a reputation for professional, quality work. We found out why when we had them install our new aerobic system. Because this is the first home I’ve owned that required a septic system replacement, I had a lot of questions. The folks at Coastal Aerobics Systems were courteous, patient, and informative to make sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. A proposal was submitted promptly, and work started on the day given. The installation crew are the example of what you want. Good teamwork, professional, and dedicated to make sure the job is done right. They were always willing to answer questions and explain. When the install was complete but before the area can be filled back in, an inspector must check the job out and certify it meets code. The inspector was completely satisfied. The septic system equipment used by Coastal Aerobics Systems is made by Clearstream Wastewater Systems of Lumberton, Texas. Their aerobic air pump is the quietest I’ve ever heard. You need to be standing fairly close to the pump to hear anything when running. Nice. PROS The Coastal Aerobic Systems team is excellent to work with. Helpful, friendly, and straight forward. Quality installation work, no corners cut. Placed the septic tanks right where I asked, even though there was some interference with overhead power lines. They worked it out and got it done. Any issues or surprises were quickly resolved. The transition from the old system to the new system was seamless, and did not require any special adjustments from daily routine in bathroom/kitchen use. CONS Although it can’t be helped, realize the yard is going to be dug up, and disturbed by heavy equipment. Some restoration will be required. Aerobic systems require electricity to run pumps. An electrician was needed to install outlet boxes. Bottom Line: Coastal Aerobics Systems did top quality work by a talented install team. Follow up by the owners to make sure we were satisfied shows their interest in making sure we had a job well done.
